I went there on a Saturday for concrete steps and was told by another employee, that the person you need to speak to don’t work on Saturday. So I was handed a business card of Jose Gutierrez to contact him on a week day. I called,and left numerous messages, sent text messages and pictures of what I wanted.And I emailed my request to IBC for a quote,a week ago and to no response from either of them. Terrible customer service!

Yes the hardscape salesman here is very well informed and quick to answer any and all questions they also have very competitve prices and way better customer service than neighboring hardscape stores hope this helps
