Called to tell the office they are calling people on the Do Not Call list - not a blame thing but wherever the list was obtained, it is not screened properly. I was met by a sarcastic office employee. Not pleased about that -- and I am speaking as a former employee of an agent. Horrible reflection upon an agent who I do not know - but considering the behavior of the employee and not on top of what is happening in the office in terms of supervision, I would NOT use this person for my needs. She may know her products and offer good advice to customers, but it is not reflected by general operations. Straighten up. The next call goes to Springfield and IL Dept of Insurance. Your employee was told this, to which she replied, "That's fine." Is it? Sure, my prerogative, but don't test me on my resolve. I understand compliance, as do regulators.
