Yes, we do. Our managing attorney, Mario Arreola is a Spanish-speaking bankruptcy attorney, and also a partner with Mr. Geraci in our personal injury practice. He is completely able to handle your entire case in Spanish. We also have several other Spanish speaking attorneys and paralegals available to help you at all times. Give us a call at 1-888-456-1953 to schedule a free consultation with Attorney Arreola at our Evergreen Park office.

Every case is different. We price based on the complexity of the case, and your ability to pay. We also do payment plans and split our pre and post-filing fees up so you don't have to pay everything up front to file. We've been in business for over 40 years, with 100,000+ clients served, and 10,000+ 5-star reviews. We will work with you so you can get debt free, and not go broke in the process. Call us for a free meeting in-person with a lawyer so we can go over your case details and give you a fee that works for you.

what happens to savings account

Very good question. We can usually protect money in a bank account, but there are special cases where money can be exposed for turnover. You don't automatically have to turn it over in Chapter 7. It depends on a lot of factors like how much money is in the account, are there other people on the account with you, and other things. We go over all of this for free with a consultation with an attorney. We've been in business for over 40 years, with over 100,000 clients served, and 10,000+ reviews. Give us a call to schedule a free appointment with a lawyer to go over all of your finances.
