I originally made an online purchase of a Beam system from another site. When they called to say they it was out of stock, I was told I could purchase a more expensive unit of a different brand. I asked them to cancel my order at which time I was rudely treated and eventually had to have my credit card company handle the credit return. I mention all this because the service and generosity that I received from Paul at Mid America Vacuum was exceptional. It is rare to have a buying experience that is so personal and and enjoyable. Delivery was extremely fast which isn’t always the case lately. We run both and online business and a retail business and appreciate the effort that a business such as this takes.
