I made an appointment for 2 recalls on my 2021 Kia, I asked for a loaner they said no need your car would be done in a few hours, when I went to drop off car, they said it will take a day and half to 2 days, I left and will search for another dealer.

We are second time Kia owners at Willowbrook Kia. My wife bought her Soul in 2014 there. I bought my 2023 Seltos this year. I signed up for the tire and dent and ding protection. What a mistake. I was told by Sebastian, the Finance person, I would get a free loaner. It never happened. I called the Warranty company to ask about the letters that are being sent to me. The # is disconnected.
