Absolutely beautiful place to walk around in the cool water. Not too deep nor too shallow but perfect for floating and kayaking. Has no deep pockets for fishing in plain view.

Such a beautiful peaceful spot for a walk or picnic most of the year. Shady picnic tables most with grills. Plenty of clean port-a-potties. Heads up summer is very different, very busy. If you come in summer, get there early or you won't get a spot.

No tube rental available. You'll need to bring your own. The take out it at 23801 Mackville Rd, Clements, CA 95227 It's a day use spot where people swim. You'll need to park a car there and drive up to mokolemne day use to launch your floats. $5 to park at the take out. The float time is between 4-6 hours usually depending on the height and speed of the river at the time of float.
