I wish there were negative stars for this company. We are a local florist here in Maryland and purchased chimney globes for our Christmas designs this year. We called the company to check on the status of the order. The man who answered the phone was the rudest person I have ever had the displeasure of speaking with. People who are this ignorant and rude should never be answering a company's phones. I immediately cancelled our order and I hope they are happy because I found the same product on Amazon.

We do not carry nor repair cloth lamp shades. Glass Lamp Shade Replacements we do have. Stained glass lamp shades are glass shades that can be repaired. We can refer you to stained glass shops that do that kind of repair.
I suggest, first ... you look for a chain that works with the aesthetics of your application. After you've found a few different chains, look at their specifications.
