if i could give 0 stars i would. went here to get medicine for strep, knowing i had it. i couldn’t eat or drink anything for a few days, so yes i was upset when i arrived at the ER. waited in the waiting room for 2.5 hours. finally was taken back just to sit there for another hour. i was VERY upset at this point so yes i was crying. doctor told me i didn’t have strep and nothing was wrong with me. he never checked my throat or anything just talked to me. came back 30 minutes later just to hand me a suicidal packet and sent me on my way. continued to go to hornell ER and sure enough i had strep. This isn’t the first time i’ve had a bad experience there and i will not ever go to this hospital/ER again.

This morning, i called the hospital because I was concerned about a medical emergency. The nurse was helpful as I described what was happening. I then talked to the ER Doctor. We were able to access the situation. He was very thorough and and gave helpful instructions to feel better. I appreciate the service I received today. Thank You 💯.

While I was pregnant we moved to Allegany County and I was nervous about the quality of care I would receive in a rural area. Turns out, everything has been great. Dr. Lanphere was so thorough and patient with me during my prenatal care. Dr. Rubert ended up delivering my baby because Dr. Lanphere was out of town that day. I had never met him before, but but his genuine love and enthusiasm for the birth process made the delivery very fun and a positive experience. Our nurses Randi and Debbie were heroes. Randi helped me with breastfeeding and Debbie held me through the most nervous and painful moment of my life (a late-request epidural placement). The anesthesiologist placed a 'perfect epidural' and I felt no pain while delivering. I hired a private doula (Michelle from Enchanted Mountain Doulas) and she was amazing!! I have also been seeing Dr. Sweet for physical therapy and she is a great listener and very thorough with my care.

Visited the urgent care facility after becoming ill on a weekend trip to our camp near Wellsville. I have to say, it was by far the most pleasant urgent care visit I’ve even been to. From the minute I walked in the door, everyone was so extremely friendly, helpful and very caring. The NP was amazing! She was so sweet and I enjoyed speaking with her! I definitely didn’t feel like a number at Jones Urgent Care Center. Highly recommend for local and seasonal visitors who are feeling under the weather.

Yes UR Jones Memorial does have the ability to perform c-sections. However that would be something to discuss with your current OBGYN.

You van go to the walk in clinic, no appointment required but i suggest that you get there before 2:00 to minimize wait time

It's open from 2pm-7pm seven days a week. Patients are seen in the order they come in. The waiting room fills up quickly so get there before 2pm if you can.
