I came here today to unwind the but felt upset because they overcharged me and my nails don't really look that great this is the last time I come here the wife is super rude and she said I tipped very little it's unprofessional and rude this is my last time here wish I could get a refund for this

Awful customer service. Extremely rude manicurist cut me looks and me and instead of saying “oops” or “sorry about that” she starts scolding me about moving. I was holding perfectly still.. who moves around while getting their nails done..? Then she continues to complain about how I’m holding my hand. Over all a bad experience and my nails don’t even look professional they’re crooked and I know she seen I just wanted to get out of there. Never going back and I would advise anyone not to.

I was very impressed, they take your temp, have you use hand sanitizer, have plexiglass around each customer, they clean/disinfect after each customer. I got one of the best deluxe pedicure treatment by Betty and will definitely be going back. Thank you
