both times we have been with a scheduled appointment, we have had to wait over an hour to be seen. Then had to go back because a filling was not done properly, and waited again 1 hour and 45 mins and finally had to leave because we hadnt been seen yet. Horrible and will never go back!

I started my dental journey back in June of ‘21 and yesterday, March 3rd, was the final day. My smile had deteriorated so badly over the years that I needed a complete overhaul. I had several extractions, cavities filled, bridges and crowns made, as well as a lower partial. I was scared to go to dentists before going to Bright Now Dental! Now I have zero hesitations. The doctor is so nice and gentle handed, as well as considerate to my anxieties and sensitivities. From the front office to the back and everyone in between, they are just so nice, helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. My experience over the last year has been amazing and now I have a smile I’m not afraid to show off again. Thank you, everyone, for all you’ve done for me. I believe you’ve done more for me than you all realize. Sincerely Marie

Had a small dental emergency. Got in same day. Staff and dentist incredibly professional but kind and personable. Gave me consideration and enough time to feel comfortable and "heard". Explained everything thoroughly. Will always keep Dr. Vu and staff as my dentist.😁👍👍👍👍👍

Recently switched dentists because of a change in insurance and was really disappointed. There was very poor communication, start to finish. I setup my first appointment, which I guess I wrongly assumed would be an exam and cleaning, and made it a point to ask if there was anything I needed to do for my new insurance policy, they said no. More than two weeks later, I go in for the appointment and am told they aren’t my assigned office and need to fix it and come back. I come back a week or so later and am told they don’t have any notes for what my appointment is for. They setup me up for a standard exam but tell me they can’t do a cleaning because the hygienist isn’t in. I’m in the waiting room 30-45 min before I’m ushered in for x-rays, even though we have never discussed them. I then see a nurse briefly who tells me there doctor will be right it. She comes back every twenty minutes or so to tell me the doctor will be about 15 minutes. The doctor doesn’t come by for an hour and a half. It takes 3 hours to get through my appointment and I’ve never been at the dentist for more than half that before. They did end up doing the cleaning anyways - I think because I had to wait so long. I probably wouldn’t have minded waiting so long if they were honest about it, but I just don’t think communicating with patients is prioritized here. It felt like the everyone was trying to get by with explaining the bare minimum. I’ll be switching back to my other insurance and dentist.

They take most insurances and there's a list on their website, but really I'd just give them a call. That's the easiest way :)
