What’s a shame is I think this duo of doctors had intentions of treating patients well. I’d like to believe that. What I discovered after being a patient for about 6 months is this is a factory. The record keeping is dodgy and inconsistent with what occurs at each visit. Should you choose to have a procedure with them, it’s impersonal and rushed. A fair estimate would be they see 125 patients per procedure day, single physician. I was experiencing severe pain after a nerve ablation and there was zero concern or action taken to evaluate cause or to offer relief or management. My first visit should’ve been a red flag when the NP was checking his watch for his front doorbell and said “I hate my wife’s dog so much, I hope it’s killed by coyotes.” He didn’t do an exam, danced around my questions, yet the charge to my insurance was $1327 for a MIDLEVEL. If you just want prescriptions and detached care, this is a good place for that. My level of disappointment is too great to ever go back there.

My wife came to receive a nerve block, but the doctor and nurse were extremely rude, unprofessional, and should not work with people. Some patients don't know what the procedure consists of, have mental disabilities, and yet the doctor and nurse were about to refuse treatment because she was scared. I guess they'll give anyone a license to practice. Worst clinic ever!

The staff here is incredible. It is so nice to be under the care of this team. They listen carefully to you, and they are efficient at creating as well as executing crucial treatment plans. Jonathan is an amazing individual who genuinely shows that he cares about your pain, and is very skilled at addressing the root issue. After dealing with the flakes at SCL health Wheat ridge Colorado, this office is a breath of fresh air. If you are suffering from chronic pain, the staff at this office will help you. If you want to effectively manage your pain meds. This place will help you. And they care enough to do treatments to help you get relief and resolution to your pain. I love the fact that they do way more than just fill prescriptions. This is truly a One Stop Shop. A person struggling with chronic pain would be doing themselves a disservice by not letting this highly skilled team help you. Jonathan.... YOU ROCK!!!!!

I am so greatful to Dr Krutsch and his team. They are so caring. I know I am safe when I come for care. I know I have the best expert doing procedures to bring my pain under control. And we address each key pain area as necessary. And as I leave, the nursing team walks out with me and genuinely wishes I have a successful response to treatment. They all truly care, doctor and all staff. Today I came in with alot of pain and left with no pain. I felt good when I left. I drive home. And tonight no burn no pain, and no radiating numbness after doing a radiofrequency ablation on my neck on just one set of nerve roots. No numbness in either arm. It is nice to rest comfortably tonight. So glad that this is working. Dr Krutsch is so precise and I can communicate the exact worst spot in my nerves and he can get the angriest nerve to settle down and the others around it too. He knows and hgv e listens to get the best results for his patient. I used to be afraid of ablation. Not any more because I am getting results...with no down-time. And safer for me given health conditions I have. Very glad for Dr Krutsch and his team. We have more work to do and I look forward as I am getting results and hopefully I will finally get the quality of life I hope for. Thank you Dr Krutsch, technician/imaging and nursing team, scheduling and approvals teams and my nursing and MA team (Hortense and Ruben). I know I am a handful of conditions and we take all step by step with patience and alot of great care/caring. You are my trusted team!

Hi Shiva, we do not require a referral in order to see a patient, but some HMO plans do require that you be referred by your PCP. If you would like to reach out to our intake team at 303-GOT-PAIN (468-7246), they can give you a hand and answer your question specifically to your situation and insurance. Thank you for reaching out.

You should call them and ask about insurance related questions. With that said, I do know they take Medicare, but I do not know about Medicaid.
