Cruets is an absolute gem!! Cindy, the owner, is warm, welcoming and immediately puts "rookie tasters", like myself, at ease. Making the experience that much more fun! I had no idea there were so many WONDERFUL flavor options for oils and vinegars! There's no need to wonder about "pairings"! Cindy is very knowledgeable, patient and attentive!
