Eva is one of the nicest workers I've ever encountered. She is so nice and friendly and she helps me with anything I need, this is the closest byrne in my area so i'm a frequent customer and I'm happy every time she's there when I go in for a steamy fresh glazed donut.

I went to the Byrne Dairy in Cicero to get the 1.00 half moons. I bought 3 and was charged 1.59 each at register and then informed after checking with 2 employees they were no longer 1.00. I told them I did not want them. They then proceeded to throw them in the trash instead of selling the 3 in the bag to me for what I thought was 1.00each. That makes good business sense!!
