IF and WHEN you can find someone to assist you or answer your question, they are MOSTLY helpful. perhaps due to limited staff, sometimes they are in a rush to take the time to understand what you're asking so they give you incorrect answer, which leaves you to find ANOTHER rep to answer or help you. if you know what you are looking for, use your phone to search for that item in the store. if they have it, the site will tell you which aisle and bay your item is located. bill besterman in the millwork dept is very helpful and has great sense of humor.

I spend a lot of time here cause the selection is just crazy. even sometimes you can find good deals on toilet paper and cleaning supplies. I know it's like a home improvement store but it's soo much more than that. and the people who work there are very helpful and happy

They changed their refund policy in February. Now they won’t honor a refund or give you store credit unless you have the receipt and the card it was purchased with, or get a gift receipt at the time of purchase. We went to the store twice and spent over 30 minutes talking with corporate - who initially thought we should have at least gotten store credit - then backtracked. Incredibly frustrating. We’ll never shop at any Home Depot ever again, and I’ll encourage others to avoid them as well.

That was @ walmart & that particular 20x with accessories was $23.52$ they also have a 10x & others in various sizes & magnifications JUS SAY'N Walmart is usually quick easy & readily available as they're located everywhere unlike bed bath & beyond aslo if there is a problem its easy to return items to Walmart hope that helps or @least gives u more options
