Doesn't enforce the mask requirement in the cycle shop, however his wife strongly enforces it in the museum.
I don't know if they would or can call them
With out a doubt they will get you one fast and cheap been going there the past 10+ years amazing people
They don't sell apparel there but they might know of a place nearby that does. Facebook marketplace is a great place to advertise. You may want to try selling it on there.
Your best bet would be calling the shop....
