Bought my first gun there years back. Great service at this time, the gentleman helping me showed me the ins and outs of my Glock 19 & some ammo selection to bring home. Stopped back there a couple times to grab some ammo, grabbed a few boxes, & no one was at the register, stood there for about 5 minutes, still no help. Put the ammo back on the shelf & left. Went back a few days ago, grabbed a foregrip, looked at some ammo, and looked at some long guns. No help was provided. Although there was 3 employees working together to move a display gun roughly 1-2inches around side-to-side. Not asking for someone to hold my hand & assist me, but a “I’ll be right with you” or “Need any help finding something?” or anything similar sounds like a pretty cool way to do business considering there are people like me who don’t have too much knowledge in firearms. So again, I put everything back on the shelf & went down the street and spent $2,000 + on my first long gun. Taking into consideration of my lack of knowledge of firearms of course, this place is pretty loaded with everything I think you would need. Don’t know if the pricing is fair, but if you’re knowledgeable & know what you want/need, this place probably has it. I’ll stick to the mom/pop stores around the area instead.

New owners don't seem to value long term customers. Attitudes changed. Now, they don't take builds, and "didn't have time" to do the paperwork for a handgun trade. After buying over $5,000 worth of various things from them and being OK with their high prices and low trade in values, I will go elsewhere. Good job, new owner.
