Positive: The room was wonderful, a good size, clean and neat with everything we could possibly need. There were plenty of outlets and USB ports for charging our electronics and the WI-FI was strong with signals in the room. Perfect in all ways.

Not five stars, but it gets the job done. Clean room and nice water pressure. If you want a lot of amenities you might want to stay more in town, but there’s a Walmart right behind this place that has pretty much everything you need, an excellent carry out restaurant across the street… And an American Legion where you can meet some true American Heroes across the street as well.

Stayed here with my girlfriend from out of town. We both had an amazing time, very friendly and helpful staff, there was a gentleman working named Steve that was very perfessional and informative, which i know lacks at other places and it turned out to all be information that was actually applicable. The vending machines in the lobby are both cheap, and if not, fairly priced and is open around the clock, amazing breakfast choices, typical options for a hotel, however the number of options are amazing, in this case quantity beats quality. Our room was very clean and well taken care of, enough so were obligated to leave a tip for a Jessica, whom signed the paper in the room informing you of who took care of it. The location is also amazing, right in Benningtons shopping center with a little walkway to access the plaza, so everything is within walking distance, bowling alley is also right across the street. For sure would recommend and stay again. Maybe add chocolates on the pillows guys? Lol! You have enough class to do so, But jokes aside. Great experience.

We show up to this hotel after driving for 3 hours. I was the only one in the lobby and began to check in with a girl. My first impression of the hotel, it appears old and outdated but I’m going to make the best of it. Our company booked us the hotel for our travel assignment. The girl asked me for my credit card and I gave it to her and 2 to 3 additional people came in behind me and she literally stopped what she was doing with me and asked me to step aside so she can check everybody else in because mine was going to take a little longer to put my credit card information in. I didn’t understand. I step to the side and was very frustrated. I sit down on a couch with my friend in the lobby and it was very wobbly. The coffee table was disgusting in the lobby. She checked a couple in and then she was checking in another person who had absolutely no reservations whatsoever. She told that person that she was trying to hurry up and get him out of the lobby because there was an angry customer coming in.(I thought that was unprofessional but I’m not from here so that might be what they do who knows) After checking that person in the first couple came back complaining about the rooms stating the water wasn’t working and the water faucet in the shower was completely out of the wall. we immediately left and went to the Hampton Inn and got a room quickly. We called our company who switched our reservations from the best Western to the Hampton Inn. I was paying a little over $100 a night three hours north of here at a residence inn and it was very clean organized and everybody was so sweet and professional. I feel sorry for people who have no other choice but to use these types of hotels with increased prices because the area they’re located in. For $20 more a night, maybe 25, I was able to get a more clean, more modern, safer and professional place to stay.
