I really struggled between the ratings. I have bought 3 vehicles from them. The last vehicle I didn't even have for a month and it overheated. So I called and they said they fixed it. Day later sitting on the side of the road overheating. Warm day out running the heat in a little Honda civic was 🥵 HOT. Called and there was issues with scheduling cuz of one reason or another. Fast-forward 3mths. Still drivable but It's trunk was backed into and bent.Winter 2019 Parked it in the parking lot and called numerous times and nothing. Government shuts down and I get a letter stating I was turned into Credit Bureau for Repo.
