A smooth and easy process to rent with friendly rental agents. Car ran wonderfully and was a pleasure to drive. I must say though that the cloth seats in the car were terribly stained but otherwise was clean and in very good condition. Easy return drop off on a Sunday while actually closed. Would definitely rent a car from this Wilkes-Barre Pa. Location again in the future.
