I had never tried Buckwheat cereal before I read that it was good for your kidneys. Easy to process and without some things that are in oatmeal and some wheat products. I tried the Pocono Organic Cream of Buckwheat and now I'm hooked. I cook it in the microwave. My new recipe. Make 1 serving using unsweetened vanilla almond milk and add whipped cream cheese and diced jalapeños. Yummy!!
