Dealt with Jamie thru their website to order 2 tires with all the required items that should go along with having them mounted, etc. And an alignment. Tire mounting went faster than estimated, alignment went a bit over the time estimated. But I sort of expected that since I have no recall of when an alignment was last done. 2004 car, rust, etc. Overall very pleasant experience. Cost was a little over half of what was quoted at another shop.

Dismount/mount/balance of customer supplied tires is $18 per tire
Last time I was there the staff was wearing masks and had shields in front of their register and computer stations. They didn't seem to be requiring their guests to wear masks.
