Staff is great, however, the seasonals are a bit rough. There were some fights and rowdy campers at night and that made for a bit of some uncomfortable moments. This place needs to push these folks out if it ever wants to gain better support for more campers. Had a good time with friends, but there are definitely improvements that will need to be made in this one.

Mostly permanent sites. The travelers sites are very tight and strangely shaped. We had to request to be moved because there was no way we could fit in the site they originally gave us. If you do opt for full hookups, you do get a standard sized site. The place is relatively clean but most of the permanent campers have been there for years. They take care of their lots but they are old. The price was actually pretty high for partial hookups. It was close to $300 for the week and we did not even get sewer. The site was also very wooded and sandy. All dirt and sand- kind of a mess. ATT and Verizon cell service was good. Not the best but we both were able to work from it.
