First time visit. Hands down the best lettuce wrapped burgers at this particular location. The employees were great and the service was fast and the burgers were exceptional! Thank you

Nobody answered at the drive thru speaker around 6pm, so I drove up to the window. I noticed cars ahead of me stopped at the window and took off. The girl inside saw me and immediately came to the window. I asked if they were closed. She apologized and admitted they were short staffed, that they had a huge order inside they were trying to manage, but she took my order. She also said she was new. I had specific requests and she listened and got the order right on the receipt. I waited several minutes for the food (I got the Beyond famous star, onion rings, and soda) and not only was the food good but my requests were spot on. That is so rare these days to have a modified order correct, and/or receiving all items! I wish I had taken the girls name. So pleased

Super disappointed with this service.. I was waiting behind a car for a solid 6 minutes due to the cashier at the drive thru and this car joking around with eachother.. I waited so long that I decided to shut off my car.. and they just continued to talk and try to flirt with eachother. I ended up just canceling my order, did not want to give them any money for the this type of service Unfortunately I can’t post the video here but these are just screenshots of him joking around with girls in the car.. trying to give them his cell and repeatedly turning on his phone flashlight.. just really obnoxious and inappropriate behavior And, hey I get i would get it if it was done in a quick manner but this went on like I said for 6 minutes Completely unprofessional and rude

Besides the food, which was amazing, it's all about the service. The staff goes beyond the norm and makes you feel like you're royalty. The atmosphere is white tablecloths, booths and great lighting. Who could ask for more!
