Used to love coming here but after my most recent visit, I think that will end. I can understand accidents happen like burning chicken, but to serve it to the customer is not okay. I'd rather you spend an extra 15 minutes cooking a new piece of chicken than serving a horribly burnt chicken to a customer. Unacceptable.

I love Noodles & Company. I come here probably a couple times a year. My latest visit to this location really left me unhappy. The cashier at the front kept rushing my order. I have money to spend here, but they clearly don’t want my business. One employee was really nice when I received my food, but the cashier was a different story. I’ve worked in the food industry as well and I know it’s not for everyone. My food was mostly delicious but one dish wasn’t flavorful.

Good food and fast service. Only reason for a 4 is that the full wall of plexiglass plus masks made it really hard to hear!! I asked a question about something i haven't tried and may as well have been a foreign language. Just ended up ordering my old standby.Thank you, Maria! Thank you for sharing your thoughts with us.
