Shady Gators

The pool at Lazy Gators is open as long as weather permits. That changes from year to year, but we are normally open at least the first 2 weekends after Labor Day and often the 3rd weekend after LDW.

Yes, Dogs are allowed at Shady Gators and parts of Lazy Gators. We just ask that you have them on a leash. Thanks!

Yes, most of the property is handicap accessible.

Shady Gators closes the 3rd Saturday in October. We are closed the Wednesday and Thursday after Labor Day, but open on the weekend and then Thursday-Sunday in September and Fri-Sunday the first 2 weekends in October. Our last weekend, the 3rd in October we are open Friday and Saturday.

Our pool at Lazy Gators is open 11am-Sunset, 7 days a week; unless we have an event at night. In that case it is open later. The only time that we are 21+ is after 3pm on Fridays and after 2pm on Saturdays. The rest of the time we are all ages. An exception is on holiday weekends. In that case we are 21+ only on Sundays or on Saturday if the holiday is not observed on Monday. (Only applies for 4th of July weekend, MDW and LDW the holiday is observed on Monday.)
