I've been here for 6 years nd the new management is horrible, the south parking lot is a lake when it rains, they raised the prices on the filthy washing machines that don't work. They raised the rent acouple hundred dollars for a roach filled mismznged dump

Parked my car on the side of this gate like everyone else because the lack of parking. This terrible company erroneously had my car towed. The vehicle didn't obstruct anyone it's in the same spot all the time to assure workers can do their job. They towed my car for fun without reasonable cause. Stay away from this unorthodox company. They have no signs besides the "NO PARKING FIRE ZONE". Will file a complaint with the village especially for the infestation of cocktail roaches and predatory towing
