I went to the Country Club Bank in Leawood for the first time as I usually use the bank near my home. Kevin Zheng took care of me. First, he caught an error of a check that I needed to deposit. The person filled their check out wrong and he offered to make a copy of the check for me in case I needed to use it for verification. As I left the bank, he quickly emailed me to let me know he forgot to make a copy and sent it to me in an email that was even better! Kevin showed that he was very thorough. Also, he was very kind and had a great personality for customer service. Kevin is the kind of person that you remember.
