If great circle is involved in your life be prepared for dishonest and scandalous workers. They are liar's and will try and sabatoge you all along the way. One worker was constantly hitting on my son and flirting with him. She was a disgusting person. Shame on them all. Gifts I left for the child they never received. Unbelievable how corrupt they are along with the DHS.

First off, my child has been to several facilities so I have a good understanding of how facilities operate and for the most part they are the same across the board. I am currently trying to figure out how to file a proper grievance but ironically the handbook does not have that openly stated. If you need help for your child DO NOT SEND THEM HERE. we were backed in a corner and couldn't find anywhere else with an opening so we had to place ours here. But I was not expecting the lack of communication, the complete disregard of issues we raised, the refusal or even lack of knowledge to answer simple questions about our child. Upon further investigation it was found that there was little to no documentation on my child's case there. We had our first visit in person with her after she had been there 5 months and her weight loss was a shock! No one noted weight loss to us. No one could tell us why she had to have physical restraints.....no documentation of the incidents. You call, email, call, email....to get partial or generic answers or no response at all. I requested personal conversations with her therapist as did our case manager here at home where she received care and she wouldn't even respond to either of us wanting to have a conversation with her. Family therapy was more of a chat and catch up time. Our child was placed there foe violent and very concerning issues but it was ok talked about if we raised it . Our case manager at the facility never knew much and never had any details of her progress or lack of progress. There was never thorough conversations with us on her treatment plan, her goals,, or what is being worked on to ensure she would be safe coming back home. This place truly needs to be shut down and reevaluated because these kids are not getting helped they are just getting meds and babysat.

Hilarious noticeable trend in the reviews: - Parents=Disgusted and completely disappointed. - Employees= "Great company that cares" Hint Hint: Employee reviews are pointless. Of course they're gonna say great things about the company and purple that signs their checks.

Great Circle has been an exceptional place to work. The Administrative Staff care about their employees, and it feels as though they genuinely care about their staff. Working with kids has been a very fulfilling experience. Yes, it can definitely be difficult at times, but considering the population we work with, that is to be expected. I believe that the interactions between staff and the residents here have been able to help me in many areas of my life, as well as help prepare me for being a parent to my own daughter. If you are looking to send your child here, just know that we as the staff that work with them one on one really do care about these kids. We do what we can to help make sure their needs are met, while at the same time working to correct their behavior in a way that respects their trauma. Yes, we do have fun, because that is an important part of any treatment plan. If you can’t learn how to have fun, you’ll likely go back to the lifestyle that brought them here in the first place!
