It's free unbelievably. Don't be fooled even if you see a Lamborghini drive by... The parking is still free and hopefully it stays that way. 🥂

Great that the city of Naples offers free parking as a service. This garage is located at the beginning of 5th av. Walk that to the end and you end up at the beach.

It's always open, but finding parking can be a bit stressful depending on the activity on 5th Avenue! Good and bad problem lol

Not sure about smart cars. If you are talking about an EV. There is one Tesla charger and one non-tesla charger. They have reserved spots. In the north garage they are on the 2nd floor. In the south garage, they are on the 3rd floor. They are all free.
