Is it really hard to find a mobile home park where you can own the land and the mobile home?… I can't stand the thought of paying thousands of dollars to buy a beautiful home and then having to turn around and pay hundreds of dollars more for a lot for it to sit on that I don't even own it's just insane. I don't see why anyone wouldn't want to find a park where they can buy a Mobile Home and the lot too where all you have to pay is a small 50 to a $200 HOA fee and is so much easy To afford and you're not throwing your money away

No rentals. But there are usually some for sale. I know of a 2-2 that's for sale.
yes.. they do.. many older rvs on site. also 5th wheelers and older mobile homes..good location .. very near beach and smack in middle of town.. hope that helps
