Upon returning an item as advised by 2 Amazon customer support agents I was refused acceptance of said item at this return center. I was not offered any explanation as to why one party said it was OK but this location said it was not. I was also not offered a solution to the problem they had created by either misinforming me or lack there of information. I have since spoke with Amazon management and was again informed that this location should jave still taken the return and shipped it out. At this point only one thing can be certain.... ignorance is wide spread amongst these people.
