I have to say that my disappointment was completely avoidable. I choose to drive over 1300 miles to buy this trailer due to the significant price difference between dealers. Had I known they don’t do an inspection on trailers coming off the trailer from manufacture and how much time I had to spend on it to get it road worthy I would have gladly paid a higher price. The dual jacks were not lined up properly so when you rotated the handle it would rub the frame and make it very difficult to raise and lower. The battery was not properly secured so during transit it tipped over and rubber a wire clean through (making the battery bone dead had to replace). Lastly they had no idea how to check for the hydraulic fluid level!!! Seriously? I had to call the manufacturer for them to walk me through the step. They had the trailer for approximately 3 months and did nothing other than unload it and sell it. They should take more pride in their product that they sell.

I stopped in to inquire about a tire for my trailer & some questions about service to my lighting wire. I was greeted by a rude man who clearly wasn’t interested in any sort of business or my actual questions. I guess in the long run I should be thankful he was rude so I wouldn’t have wasted money to their business regarding a new trailer.
