Went yesterday to the trail heads off Marie St. All are closed with no explanation or indication of when they might reopen. Saved the day with a little disc golf at a course very close by.

Sometimes you go up and down on your activity levels. That seems to be the case for most. @queen_danni1 was having this issue as sometimes her activity gets away from her. She wanted to get back to Biking Least once or twice a week to be more active. I couldn't fight that ideal as I need to keep my cardio game as tight as possible to set a good example! I already had the old school but Danielle hasnt had a bike in 8 years, and kj out out grew his some time back. I went straight to the store and purchased 2 bikes to make sure my family is staying on top of thier fitness as well. I believe in team work.
