Ordered the two taco birria box after seeing the commercials on TV, they looked very big and stuffed with the ingredients. What I received were two tacos that looked like the 99 cent ones you get at Jack in the Box. They tasted fine, but I paid over $9 for the box, totally not worth it. Seems your prices have gone up and your food quality has gone down. Used to love your food, but I am done.

This particular location is not without its issues. The few times I've gone in person the store seems unorganized and orders take a while. I understand that there are staffing problems all over but there should be a better delegation of duties. I've also ordered food for delivery and the last 2 times the orders were incomplete and the last time there was hardly any chicken and no dressing. I usually don't leave reviews but this location really needs to improve their service.

I tried the new tacos and burritos they were advertising on TV definitely was not worth the trip compared to some of the taco trucks that serve the same dish they were little over price at El Pollo Loco had nowhere near the flavor.

Very good food. Price not so good. I appreciate the coupons and I do use them. It would be nice to be able to order more than one with just the one coupon. Note: Right now, it's drive thru and no inside dining.
