I work at a company that installs firplaces and weld county has a great team. Stephanie Leah and Jennifer are really helpful with permits. And respond quickly to your questions.

Hannah with zoning compliance was extremely helpful. She went above and beyond. Thank you.

Are you the ones responsible for the dangerously unkept sidewalks? It must be a nightmare for handicapped people to get around this city. Also, why are cars allowed to park across the sidewalks without being ticketed? How are people allowed to turn their sprinklers on to wheelchair users, and pedestrians without repercussions? Why are there *huge* gaps in the sidewalks, on roads with no bike lanes, or other safe access for handicapped/cyclists/pedestrians?

You sure can! Google the Weld County Property Portal, our online mapping system, and turn on the subdivision layer under parcel or planning & zoning. You can export the information into a spreadsheet or just click on the map to see the names of the subdivisions pop up.
I believe you need to apply with the Clerk to the Board.
It is always best to talk to the planning department before building anything. In this case it is likely going to be considered an ag use,so no building permit will be required. At the completion of the ag building addition, there will be a form that will be required. Once again, talk to the Planning Department, planner on call will be able to help you.
