Giant scam. Do not get car from here. They gave me a messed up Jeep with Oil leakage and messed up pressure. Switch me to a larger SUV. Failed emissions and had different size tires on it. Brought to their attention and they said they will pay for a new tire. Went to get it fixed and their shop said the lug nuts were threaded and need replaced so we can’t even get tire off. New estimates sent over 3 times in 3 weeks and Car hop keep saying they don’t have one. After 3 weeks of dodging me theyre saying they aren’t paying it fixed. Stuck with a vehicle from them with ticking timebomb for tires that can’t get replaced. Still haven’t passed emissions. SCAM ARTISTS WORK HERE. Theyre gonna want as much down as an actual reputable dealership.

Carhop will sell you car car with no tail lights, no working power steering, and no A/C and they won’t make you aware of any issues they just want you to buy the car and be stuck in a contract. Was sold a vehicle with no A/C the rear left tail light and blinker light never worked from the time of purchase… not to mention the middle console was detached and flew all around the car anytime you turn. And on top of all of that they sold a car to someone with no license no insurance anything. Do not buy a car here they will seriously screw you…

I would run they can approve everyone but i have paid over 13000 plus payments till end of this yr have done over 5000 in repairs on a 2008 caravan that when i try to trade in numerous times they wont give me more than 100 for it plus it need 2000 in repairs right now

No not even the bs 18 month they say every car needs repair in time
Not a good idea unless you have unlimited cash cause it will take all your money and then some
Some people do have to have time with there family you can always go online 24hrs a day if you want to shop
No they don't if your payment is due on a Sunday you can make the payment on Monday without it being considered late
