Went in for the first time as my father was gifting me a knife set for my new apartment. The selection of kitchen and houseware gadgets they have is insane. Very fun to look around at everything. Staff was very helpful and informative and let me handle a few of the knives I was interested in. Got a killer deal as well as all cutlery and accessories were 20 percent off for October.

Expensive and overrated. I've been to this store a dozen times and I've never had a helpful or friendly customer service experience. I've been huffed at over the phone for asking them to check if they have collins glasses in stock or turned away ten minutes before closing even though I knew exactly what I needed. I keep giving it another chance but I always feel ripped off by the high markup and like my patronage doesn't matter.
