Although I love my new floors, I had to revise my review. During installation, they gouged a piece of my furniture. They offered to fix it but they would only pay someone to do so. Unfortunately I am moving soon to a very rural area and finding someone to fix it makes that almost impossible. It is very disappointing and I cannot recommend their services, nor give them a high rating.

I love my new floor! My experience from beginning to end was fantastic. Wade was so helpful with the choice and the installers were skilled, efficient, and cleaned everything up before they left! If I’m lucky enough to get more new floors I will definitely go with Jade Flooring!

We had Jade Flooring install carpets and replace hardwood flooring for our remodel and are thrilled with the results!. Wade and everyone we worked with were wonderful and professional.
