We offer four different types of residential loans: Conventional, FHA, VA, and Jumbo. We handle first-time home buyer loans, purchases and mortgage refinances. We do not directly originate HELOCs (home equity lines of credit), reverse mortgages, or land loans. However, we can recommend quality professionals and companies that do.
