My family and I (3 adults 4 small kids) went for breakfast 3/26/22 at the restaurant. The order was taken. An hour is approaching if not longer, we see everyone else getting orders but we still haven't recieved ours. Finally I think they start to notice us getting inpatient as we needed to be somewhere at a specific time and the clock was ticking. We planned it to where we would be able to sit and eat with plenty of time. I honestly believe they completely forgot about us. So finally they come and say they apologize for the wait, the food will be right out. I truly believe at that moment is when they started to make the order. We tell them to just box it up immediately we can no longer wait.. Another 15 to 20 minutes go by and they finally give us our order to go. The most unprofessional part is they still decided to charge us gratuity, yet they kept us waiting for so long, did not even wait on us(we waited on them) and had us in a rush out the door. They knew they had messed up with us. I feel like that was very poor on their part and not okay, they should have taken that off. Whatever, we didn't argue it. It was paid and we left as we could no longer wait... We are very displeased with this service. They didnt even try to make it right. On top of it all we had 8 dishes asked for utensils as we would now have to eat at our destination, they gave us 3. Got 5 separate orders of pancakes and only got 3 containers of syrup. Come on... I just hope they don't do this to anyone else.. Glad I always go to Santo Domingo for all my other needs.

My husband and I stopped in for fuel, food and a shower. Everyone was SUPER nice very inviting. Our food was good for the price. I wasn’t expecting grilled pork chops from a 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Steak house because I wasn’t at one. The entire place was very clean. No one was enforcing their mask mandate. Their rules are their rules they are allowed to make them because they own the place. There were no showers clean because they were busy but a employee busy doing something else stopped what he was doing and ran over to clean one as soon as it became empty. I believe the big casino next to the travel center was opened but the one inside was not. As you know everyplace in the US has staffing shortages and the people that do work are working longer and harder then they’ve had to in the past. Cut them a little slack! The only downfall is that they close early again I’m sure it’s part of the people not wanting to work problem every company is having. All in All we had a good experience. Also this is owned by the Native American Indians, Britney Cunningham they are not mexican or Hispanic.

Great stop to make. At time of writing, casino is temporarily closed due to COVID, but hoping to return soon, see information desk. The restaurant has a great selection with very reasonable prices and breakfast all day. Showers - $10 No hook parking space - $10/night Electric space - $20/night The employees and personnel here have always been very friendly and helpful with immaculately clean facilities every time i visit.

The restaurant was clean, the staff was friendly, the service was fast and the food was delicious! Highly recommend the "Pueblo Sandwich". Both my husband and I really enjoyed the combination of steak and swiss on tortilla. It was cooked perfectly and we would totally stop here to eat again when we come back to NM. 😎👌 ✨⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐✨
