Horrible, unprofessional and ghetto. I turned in a completed application over four months ago and still haven't heard back whether I was approved or denied. All the property manager do is run her mouth on the phone all day. They need to get rid of the maintenance man answering phones and get a REAL office assistant because every time I speak with him, he act completely clueless.

Affordable housing, but other than that too many rules along with petty neighbors/staff. Staff very unprofessional except Mr. Reggie. Semi family oriented but at the same time won’t allow kids to play in the neighborhood.

I'm not for sure why there is not any picture available of the inside of the townhouses. I use to live there years ago and the inside of the townhouses are very nice and cozy. The 2 and 3 bedroom are standard size and the basements are pretty large, with washer and dryer (gas)hookup. The maintenance is kept up pretty good inside and out. I would highly recommend this townhouse.
