It's hard to rate your insurance company until you need them. I've been with State Farm for 30 years and never had a major claim. Sadly my turn finally came and State Farm was great! I worked mostly with Amber locally and I cannot imagine not having someone local to connect with. She eased my mind, answered my questions, and advocated for me. I'm very impressed and very grateful for the exceptional level of service. Incidentally, working with the claim team and total loss team was also smooth, but you do need to check in regularly with them.

We recently moved to the Fort Collins area and wanted a State Farm agent closer to home. I talked to David and he reviewed all of our policies in detail to ensure that we had the proper coverage. David and his staff are professional and very knowledgeable. I recommend David Dilley for all of your insurance needs.

David Dilley and his staff do not care about their customers. My wife and I are moving across country and we had asked to have 1 payment pushed to the next month because our move is costing over 7000 dollars. We were told several times that this was not a problem, from several different staff members. We called State Farm because we have never been late on a payment and have insured our vehicles and renters insurance with David Dilley for years. After confirming and reconfirming this was something they did for customers with Dilley staff, we were called 2 days before move and told that in order for us to not have insurance lapse, and to be eligible for a 1 time payment extension until next month, we needed to pay them "something" and it was suggested we pay 20 dollars. My wife explained that we already had a arrangement that had been confirmed several times. Dissmisive manager, or whatever, then said that we had been misinformed 3 times and policy changed and if we did not want insurance to lapse we needed to take action. My wife then tried to plead her case, for the fourth time, and was essentially told that the arrangement was not made with her and that policy had changed and there was nothing we could do. She provided no alternatives, no explanation as to why my wife had wasted her time calling to arrange this in the first place and took no ownership over what was obviously her and her staffs mistake. I then laid into her, because we are budgeting this move down to the penny and we did the responsible thing of informing your office and trying to make arrangements, we made an arrangement 3 different times, the same arrangement. Don't play ignorant on your Google review page. I don't care how many combined years of experience you have in the insurance industry, it's absolutely meaningless, and meaningless to most potential customers. What does matter is how you treat people, and how you make a situation right for the customer when you messed up. Most of the negative reviews on this page boil down to the same thing. This all boils down to being told a lie multiple times and then taking no ownership...oh and 20 dollars.

Very responsive and knowledgeable. Great office staff! David’s team was super helpful in setting up renters and auto insurance for our young adult sons as they transitioned to college and then to out on their own, including several moves. He’s been our agent for many years, and we have been very satisfied.

Coverage options, deductibles, and discounts may affect your policy cost, along with such things as your driving history, credit score (where permitted by law), and other third-party reports.
Market value is the amount a buyer would pay for the home and land in its current condition. It is influenced by factors such as proximity to good schools, local crime statistics, and the availability of similar homes. Replacement cost is the cost to rebuild the entire home.
As long as you have all required information and go through the application process, coverage can begin immediately. For the most accurate quote, you’ll need to know your car’s make, model, mileage, and year. We’ll also need to know a little about you and your driving history.
At State Farm, we take your concerns about online security very seriously so you can pay without worry. We employ industry-standard controls for protecting customer data and keeping the server environment stable.

The choice is yours, but State Farm recommends you choose a coverage limit at least equal to your home’s estimated replacement cost. (The estimated replacement cost isn’t the same as the market value, which is the price you can expect your home to yield on the market.) If you choose a coverage amount less than the estimated replacement cost, you may not be eligible for certain coverages. Since no one can say what the exact cost will be to replace your home in the future, you’ll need enough coverage to account for unforeseen circumstances.
