My boyfriend and I moved in to Chelsea Park in April and in late May early June our central AC unit had started to make our electric bill skyrocket from 175 the first month to 350 the next. We have been talking with the maintenance team the front desk team and I have even reached out now to the supervisor of the property management team here. It is now August 5 and we still have no central AC throughout the entire summer with 90° plus days. I have not been able to cook on days where it is 85° outside which unfortunately we have had a lot of those days. I haven’t been able to do my laundry on certain days were gets so hot. There were nights before they finally gave us a portable AC unit which we have had to use for the last month that I slept on ice packs and had bought another fan and a little ice air Mister to try to cool down in the evening to sleep our house was getting to 85-90 degree for two months before they had finally came out and replaced a condenser fan blower motor we still don’t have central AC we still have an electric bill when we do run the AC just to try to cool down of 300 plus dollars. We have shown them proof time and time again with no result in fixing. We pay for a “luxury” apartment with unfortunately no so luxurious amenities. If you choose to move here just don’t get a third-floor apartment because they will continuously tell you that you chose the third floor and heat rises. They will tell you that the extra AC unit that they have provided and a little central mini fridge is pulling extra power even after proof of all of those things not being the problem. I am just super disappointed in the entire experience with living here and how we’ve been continuously circles around and had to fight so hard with them just to try to get results to living in our day-to-day lives.

My experience at Chelsea Park was great! Shelia is a great agent, hope she don’t mind me mentioning her name. Very professional and friendly. Apartment is very nice. All issues were fixed immediately. Thanks for everything.

I've been living here for a long time and I can say that I am comfortable here. The property is very nice, but what makes it better is Sheila. I had an issue and she got it resolved for me... And she followed up with me too. Thank you Sheila..
