Completely messed up my order. Thin crust with some toppings was wrong. Didn’t have jalapeños and called me when I was already almost there to pick it up. I asked for double pepperoni and didn’t receive it. Bad experience all around

Answer the phone!! I tried to call for like 15 minutes as I was driving to the place. When I got there I said why don't you answer your phone, which was ringing at the time when I walked in. She said we've been busy. There was one person in the Drive-Thru and nobody else in the lobby. Then she told me it would be 20 minutes for my order. Very frustrating if she would have answered the phone my order would have been ready when I get there

Went to order the pizza specials that has half pepperoni half cheese sticks, I asked to please go easy on sauce and add extra cheese I did not mind paying extra, the manager Jessica said we had a meeting my nooses said we had to sell piazza we specials as is no adding or removing from the pizza, I told her I would pay she said No! So I asked for district manager number, she said she could not give me name or give me a number to use little Caesar complaints , I had to request my receipt because she did not give it when I paid. Then I got home and the dough was all soggy, never heard of not being able to get a pizza the way you want it.
