This office rushed us in to get my identification verification done. I will give them this. I am shocked that they did absolutely nothing about an identity theft except quote a IRS form number to file. They did not even do it in their office. They did not take any action on a federal crime. This is more of an example of the fundamental sickness of "indifference" within Saginaw. This place has ruined our lives. If you complain too much people threaten to make you homeless. Being homeless here is a entirely different beast too...Human rights are regularly ignored here so people can be "simulated" (hacker manipulation of your phone and home internet) thus their complaints and legal remedies ignored. Tons of hackers here and many are on disability. I think I have located at least 2 cell site simulators here and no one does a thing. There are around 344 towers in this city mostly privately leased. I have never seen this happen. They are largely leased by attorneys as shell companies, limited liability companies, or private corporations under a personal name. One, I think, is on federal property. It is illegal for the military to conduct operations against American citizens. This is called the Posse Comitatus Act or Knott amendment (Act 18 U.S.C. § 1385, original at 20 Stat. 152). Again, if you complain you mysteriously become homeless or someone will go after your autonomy with allegations going after your sanity. Disability is a racket here too...A wicked place. Full of average middle class folks, poorer folks, QAnoners, "former" trafficked individuals with some still doing it, and people never rehabilitated from the prison system. People here commit crimes to humanity and then get a new identity or immunity because they are "formerly" trafficked individuals. The normal people or people who are rehabilitated are absolutely in the dark what is going on here. We have been documenting this city for 5 years. My child calls it Nuneveh.

I've tried making an appointment multiple times and when I reached that portion of the holiness, it says the call volume is high and to try the next day. This has been months.

Bad customer service that don’t work or do any thing just Harassing people and send wrong letters . Been waiting more than a year to Schedule an appointment for meeting at their office and nothing works

Have YET to get my tax return. I filed In February of this year. Tried to call at 6:59 am every day when you guys supposedly “open” your lines. I’ve tried to make an in person appointment. Says to go online, online says to call local office, then goes to line where everyone goes. It’s a vicious cycle of NEVER getting answers!!!!! IM TRYING TO GET MY MONEY. PLEASE ANSWER ME. CALL ME PLEASE!!!!
