an amazing experience from start to finish - very nice and pleasant staff - Dr Friend was caring, professional and gentle - I am thrilled with the result of my surgery (cataract) - his demeanor at the office and in surgery was very comforting; he was engaged in conversation and listened to questions and answered all questions - I would absolutely trust him with anything he advised - a total 10!

The doctors here are beyond fantastic but their receptionist staff is useless. The receptionists shockingly cannot preform the main function of their job, which is to book patients appropriately. Additionally, the receptionists never answer the phone so if you need to talk to the office, good luck. Lastly, they should be able to put in prescriptions in a timely manner. Being that their staff cannot preform these 3 basic functions, it really hinders the doctors and their ability to keep the office running up to the excellent quality of service they provide.
