They do really nice braids of their own design, or what you ask for ane have a variety of hair colors. Come early if you can, especially on Fridays or Definitely make an appointment. I wish I could use my own synthetic hair, but they don't allow it. If you don't want it super tight (their basic mode) or baby hairs pulled into the braid let them know, (or so I've been told, haven't tried yet 😂) or gel the hair down first!

The prices are outrageous, the customer service is unprofessional. The bathroom is disgusting and all they do is yell in your ear the entire time you're getting your hair braided.

Wow and I am sorry to hear that happened. I know the African dishes are different from what most Black Americans know of and I am one of them. I really do not understand the offensive attitude you received when you asked the question about the dish this person was eatting. But I understand clearly why you had to. I am guessing, there are times when different cultures get offended because some people make rude remarks about them,maybe this is the reason for that offensive attitude. I hope your sweet pea is much better.
