In between 23rd and 24th avenues.
Not sure about their expertise in curly hair. Mostly I see their customers having straight hair. Otherwise they all are highly professional in all kinds of hair jobs. Salon is always crowded. Lots of customers.
Not sure. I have gotten whole head died for about $65, this with the blow out and cut
