Overall, my care at Holistic Med was great. But recently I tried to call to get an appointment. I left a few messages. Someone finally called me back but somehow we got disconnected. I called right back and had to leave a message. Called another day and left another message. Called today... you gotta press 0. To my surprise someone answered. I didnt get an appointment because I would need to see someone new and pay $280 for 45 minutes when I dont need a 45 minute appointment. I feel like the person I would see should read my medical notes to become familiar with my case. I have one concern I would have liked to discuss... I know how things work... to truly get answers I'll be sent to get a blood test. Talking for 45 minutes will not get answers. I understand building rapport but not for $280 when I need a blood test. I cant believe the cost nor how long it took me to get in contact with someone at the office.

I don't know if I can give this medical office 1 star. This has been the biggest mistake. When you call the office, you will never talk to anyone. When you leave a message no one calls you back. I have been trying to call them for a month and I'm a patient and have not heard back from anyone. I have called and been on hold for 20 minutes to have a recording tell me they are to busy leave a message. I know your desperate for help but this is not it! If by chance you get an appointment, having to deal with this office that is either super incompetent or so busy they can't answer the phone or call you back is NOT worth it!
