Horrible experience. That was the last straw. Sometimes they're open, sometimes they're not. Hours are never what they have posted. Today we ordered over the phone and was told it would be ready in twenty minutes. We showed up 25 minutes later and they said it's going to be a few minutes. An hour later they tell us the chicken we ordered for one of the soups is not available but we could substitute dark meat, Teriyaki chicken or beef. They didn't know this when we ordered? Get home and the vegetable soup with tofu had no tofu. We've given this place many chances but this was the last one. Guess we're driving to Palm Springs or Palm desert. They should change their name to NO PHO...

Three stars was the wait time.. It was good value for the price. The spring rolls were like burritos! I had Bahn mi sandwich but was chicken instead of pork ( that I usually lean to). It was spicy and it was like a pulled teriyaki chicken which was good. Lastly I had a honey dew smoothie which is my favorite still is.
